BS Verkstäder was founded in 1978 by Lars-Göran Schiller and Rolf Beijbom.
The business of renting out aerial work platforms was soon supplemented with workshop services focused on railway vehicles. Since the early 1990s, the main focus has been on extending the service life of railway vehicles.
